Inspiring!

" Kristen is warm, loving, and able to capture an audience with her humor and heart. She shares out of her own life stories and a most vulnerable and authentic way. Kristen crafted a most beautiful talk that with prayer and guided discussion time, was able to transform a room full of women of all ages and allowed them to have an encounter with the Lord. I believe this was one of the most powerful talks we’ve ever had!“.

"Stop, Look and Listen, place God in the center of your life©”

Business is the number on enemy of stillness and we live in a busy world.  You can’t run on the treadmill of life and expect God to run after you.  Join me to talk about the “Keys of Contentment” which require you to Stop (Psalm 46:10), Look (Ephesians 2:10) and Listen (through study and prayer) to place God in the center of your life. Something that sounds so simple will have profound impact on how you can receive God’s gifts of unconditional love and peace and how you can then allow Him to use you. Join me for an informal workshop designed to energize the women of your congregation and lift them up!

"Live Your Priorities, Shape Your Legacy©”

The world is spinning faster and faster, and our days only seem to get busier. Low priority items somehow get forced into our schedule, and our focus becomes clouded. It’s easy for women to get caught up in the whirlwind of life and blown off track.  Do you want to live with intention and clarity in your life? Based on her Bible study, “Living Your Priorities—Creating Your Legacy Based on What You Value Most©,” Kristen Taraszewski, founder and former executive director of the national women’s ministry called Right at Home, will use thought-provoking exercises to help women understand how their past shaped who they are today, identify their top priorities, and provide strategies to shape their legacy based on what they value most.

If you don’t set your priorities, someone else will! Choose to live with clarity to find the peace that God has for you.

“You Can Choose Contentment! ©”

Contentment, where does it come from? How can I find it?  “I live in an exciting community full of limitless opportunities. So often I feel like I want more, more things, more friends, more activities. The world I live in lends itself to constant motion. The only problem is, as I keep adding more, I find myself feeling less and less content. What do I do?”

In this workshop, Kristen will help women evaluate their level of contentment, think about what matters most to them, and gain an understanding of the woman that God created them to be based on the scripture verse Philippians 4: 11-13:" ..for i have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.  I know what is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.  I have leaned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in in plenty or in what. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength."

Kristen will use this verse to illustrate the need for women to be careful how they live and to focus on God’s provision in their lives to break the cycle of wanting, buying, and yearning for more. She will also provide tools and concrete suggestions to include stillness and prayer in their life for peace and strength. This workshop will provide women with a day of ministry, prayer, and thought provoking exercises to place God in the center of their life and move them closer to the women He created them to be!

“Apples to Cotton Candy-The Nutrition of Relatioinships©”

Women need other women! We cherish our relationships and the time we spend with close friends. Why? Because God made us for relationship with Him and with others. Our friendships have a huge impact on how we see the world and react to the situations we face in life. We feel strengthened by healthy relationships.

Throughout all seasons of life, it is important to be selective in whom we give our time to in order to remain strong and balanced. It is also important to nurture healthy relationships and set boundaries for friends that drain us.

In this workshop, Kristen will focus on relationships and what it takes to be nourished instead of drained. Through personal reflection and thought-provoking exercises, she will help women evaluate their friendships to understand those that are nourishing and those that may be draining or even toxic. She will also give women tools to guard their hearts from unhealthy relationships based on Proverbs 4:23 (NIV): ”Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.”

“Live Balance— Find Steady Ground ©”

To help women establish and maintain balance, Kristen will help women understand what it takes to find and maintain balance in life despite the opportunities and storms that may come their way.

Kristen will use Biblical truth and thought-provoking exercises to help women find and maintain physical, emotional, and spiritual health and balance throughout all phases of their lives. She will also give provide a powerful tool in The Deck of Life® to maintain this practice each and every day.
